What is The Sleep Circle?
The Sleep Circle is a 3-week, in-person group coaching program for parents who want kind, practical, personalised guidance to improve sleep - without leaving their baby to cry or following rigid rules.
Held in a baby-friendly space at a beautiful cafe in Victor Harbor, this is a cosy, connection-focused group where we’ll explore your baby’s unique sleep needs and help you feel more calm and confident with sleep, and less alone on your way to improving your family’s sleep.
Whether you're contact napping, co-sleeping, feeding to sleep, or just wondering if you’re doing it ‘right’ - you will be met with compassion and gentle strategies to move towards your sleep goals. No bad habits, no judgement. You will feel safe and welcomed here!

Who is it for?
Parents of babies aged around 4 to 15 months (if your little one is outside of this age range, but you would love to be part of this, please reach out. If there is demand, I will open another cohort up for toddlers)
Families who want to understand sleep and have clarity around what is normal, and what can be improved
Anyone feeling overwhelmed, unsure, or simply exhausted because of how sleep is, and needing guidance to help
Those seeking support without using cry-it-out or any non-responsive sleep training methods
Parents who value connection, responsiveness, and community
What you’ll get
Each week, we’ll meet in a warm, welcoming space for 90 minutes of conversation, education and support. Think a cross between a 1:1 consultation and coffee with friends! You’ll walk away with:

Practical, personalised strategies to support your baby’s sleep in a way that feels good for your family
A better understanding of your baby’s cues, temperament, rhythms and unique sleep needs

What we’ll cover
Week 1: Understanding Sleep + Quick Wins
Sleep isn’t broken; it’s biological. We’ll explore how infant sleep really works, what’s normal (and what’s not), and what you can do to support it right now.
Week 2: Your Baby’s Unique Sleep
How temperament, sleep pressure, and your baby’s sensory preferences all play a part, and how to determine your baby’s unique sleep needs. Learn practical tools to find a rhythm that works.
Week 3: Troubleshooting + Moving Forward
Unpack your baby’s sleep challenges and how to navigate them. We’ll explore gentle shifts, underlying barriers, and how to trust your instincts as you move forward with improving sleep.

When: 10-11:30am Wednesdays (first round launching 16 July)
Where: Victor Harbor (location details will be sent to you upon registration)
Investment: $150 per family (launch price - this includes all 3 coaching sessions, your personalised plan, and a coffee/cafe beverage of your choice each week)
Babies absolutely welcome — feed, cuddle, rock, bounce as needed. This space is for you and your little one, just as you are.
